Or better than all that, you could just set it so when your crosshair is over a "disguised" person, no name or health or anything shows up at all.

That'd work.

What's the point of this disguised thing?

Making it so that:
- Innocents cannot call out your name when sniping or otherwise directly attacking them.
- As of next version, they cannot see your health while fighting you.
- You do not show up on last seen.
- People complain to me about a feature they don't have to use.

That's a genuinely interesting idea but it's kind of limited use. However since traitors can now theoretically get more than just 2 points a round by picking up unused traitor points, it might possibly be a worthwhile purchase.

Get off my lawn you rotten kids!
Nah, he's just being 'correct'. It's just JossiRossi's way of dealing with it.

Painkillers. Wouldn't wear down like in l4d. It would be preminant for the round.

Thats a pretty BA idea, its as close to stealth mode as BKU will put in I think, and makes it much more usefull.

That works just as well, and yes I know that being able to change your name would be super overpowered and enable people to get all kinds of crazy cheap kills.

Anyway my personal opinion is that it is still an item of very limited use, and that I won't use it. I prefer either hiding or disposing of the bodies or even making sure they never see me.

I somewhat have to agree with Eeny on this one on the "Disguise". Problem with it is that it is as useful as the Poltergeist. I buy it every round as a traitor just to see what use i can make out of it. Most traitors (From my knowledge at least.) Buy Radar + Knife. That is more or so the easy combo. I've used the Disguises at least 4 times. Every time I use it they already know who it is, example: I'll run past someone and see where they're hiding. I come back again as "Disguised" there will either be another person(s) there, or when i start attacking the person they somehow know its me.

The only use I can see it having is on those who are the "Quick minded" who will instantly press on radio "# IS TRAITOR!" and yell over mic who the traitor is. I've also had some use on District where you use it while sniping. Then when discovered u go hide somewhere and turn it off.

This is what i was going to suggest. I think this would work the best.

with that disguise, there is a new reason to hide in dark corners and be a ninja, because even if they just happen to put your crosshare in your direction, you're safe :D

It's good when you're trying to snipe someone or you're running away or trying to avoid getting a reflection on you.

Unrelated: A traitor item which silently shoots innocents for no damage but makes them fire their gun would be really cool. Only 1 or 2 shots though, and a very visible weapon (crossbow?). Still might be overpowered though.

I can already see the cries (and revenge kills) if an innocent would kill another innocent after being shot with that traitor item.

But other than that, it would be neat.

Maybe the shots fired should be credited for the traitor who made them to be fired, if possible.

Oh, yeah you're right. I guess there'd have to be some way to make it very very clear when someone was forced into shooting their gun.

If it was very very clear, then what would be the point of having it in the first place? Either it instills enough panic and fear to cause somebody to die or just stick with the knife.

Service with a smile :D
