You'll have to be more clear than that. There are already numerous checks, ie. you can't cycle to dead players with left/right mouse and if you are spectating a player who dies you are put back into roam/noclip mode.

Hello Bku.

I added Sounds to each part of the round. overtime and When T win.

But im suffering this weird bug. and im not sure if its fretta or that.

When the Map time reaches 0 Instead of changing it just loops.
So no can play till map is Change by a admin or server restart.

If there's a Lua error during the end round process it could prevent the map from switching. I don't know if you have access to the server console to check for errors.

I have my own dedicated server.
So next time it happens i will Look.

Also by 0 I mean when the Timer Runs out.
So if the server is inactive at the time.

What exactly do you mean by "it just loops"?

The map change when the timer set by the ttt_time_limit_minutes convar runs out will only happen after a round has ended. That's when TTT checks the round limit and time limit. So an empty server won't just change maps by itself (that is in fact not possible to do from Lua). People have to join, play a round, and then it will switch.

I don't know if that's relevant.

I mean When it reaches 0 it tries to call a Vote And because no one is On No one can vote.
And if you join during a vote You cannot vote.
So it doesnt do anything.
and gets stuck.

Ah, I understand now. I'll see if I can reproduce that.

edit:
What I do to test: I set a low timelimit on a dedicated server, add some bots to start a round and then kick them so the round ends with no players on the server and with the timelimit reached. What happens is that a vote is started and sits there until the voting time runs out. When the time is up it automatically picks a random map and switches to it.

I don't see how the vote could get stuck, because it will pick a random map if there are no votes. That's all default Fretta functionality.

There doesnt seem to be any error for me when i use Detective/Traitor (chat) chat. BUT, it does need fixing. I'll keep an eye out for an error.

That usermessage is hooked and handled in cl_voice.lua. Presumably you have missed that code when updating, or something.

when the player who you are spectating dies you still spectate his entity

This only seems to happen sometimes.
But you will follow around and look at everything that he's looking at.

I've said it three times, you still spectate the player when they are dead. Oh, didn't see what Jo said.

Like, if your TK was semi-justified because the other guy had made a traitorous act.

I agree with Jo-but I also see it making people a lot less likely to think before killing someone.  But I do hate the karma hit for killing an innocent who killed an innocent randomly.

You could also kill an innocent who killed another innocent for a very good reason, and get away with it with a low karma drop.
That's not good either.
I don't know, if it's a small enough but also big enough karma drop, there will be more situations where someone is happy with it than angry with it.

Usually a stray TK here and there makes no big difference.  It is annoying, I agree, but not so big of a deal.  It's only terrible when people are baiting and thus spurring several TKs and screwing rounds over for the innocents in my opinion.

Is it possible to apply the players physics to the ragdoll whenever people die? Because currently if you like jump forward and suicide a ragdoll takes your place but has no acceleration or anything. It just stops mid air.


Also, what ever happened to achievments for gmod?
