Reposted images for the new page. Explanation back there. Sounds are already in. That was one of the first things I did actually. I have plenty of sounds from the game, soundscapes might get put in later, and there's actually 15 minutes of music, using the loops the game used. Course this makes the map a little heavy on the filesize but I think it's worth it.

I've still got a lot of work ahead of me still, so I can't really say. The progress has been steady though and there's a good list of things to do such that if I get tired out by one aspect I can move to another.

Jossi, I'd include the sounds separately for FastDL, at first at least - when you release new versions, people won't want to download a huge map again.

I don't know too much about how all that works to be honest. But some of the maps we play are pretty big, isn't country train significant in size?

Not a huge update but I was just excited that I figured out how to reskin things. As such the explosive barrel is now using an SS2 texture instead of the oil drum. This brings me to another point though. Is there anyone who might be willing to reskin one of the existing models to follow an SS2 crew member design? That's a bit beyond me and I'd rather concentrate on other things, but it'd be a great addition. I think maybe the standard citizens could be reskinned to fit right, and if we can set player models the way BKU says it works we should be able to use it.

Go for res files for the sounds, I'd recommend this over having to re download the sounds on every release. Maybe packrat the whole bunch when you release the RC.

I love this map idea, but don't get carried away. It's a themed map, but it's still TTT, and trying too hard to emulate SS2 would require a lot of unnecessary effort.

And if you don't want textures to replace existing textures you have to hex or recompile the model using them and include it with the map. If you want I could recompile it for you when my PC is working, posting from PSP now.

I may be adding a new explosive custom prop in the next version so hopefully this will no longer be an issue (hopefully), but if not the help would be appreciated.
At the moment there is a ttt_shocked_a5 that can be found but I've not really made a full release of the project. I'm still in the process of converting and configuring props and textures. Servers that I know have my map in rotation are Alters' and Soduka's there could be others but I've not personally seen them. If I get a bit of time I might take some new screenshots to show off.

You should edit the trays that pop out of the wall so bodies can be stuffed into them. And fix the "bodies freezing above nanite machine" thing. And make nanites explode.
Also, convince people this map is good. I like it, but unfortunately few share the feeling.

As far as I know I can not fix the bodies. It has to do with the fact that the body ragdolls do not collide with much. Also I don't know how or why the bodies occasionally freeze over the recycle. Any hints anyone might have as to the cause would be appreciated.
