Hello, we've encountered a problem with some custom playermodels on our server.
Whenever we equip Holstered, the character goes in a T-pose, but that is only when we move because if we stand still, he's in a idle stance.
Every other animation is working fine, it's just this single one that is being an issue. The models we're speaking about are these ones:
http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=126189

One time we got a console error that looked something like this;

Error! Flag "$halflambert" is multiply defined in material "models/germans/ger_equip_1"!
Error! Flag "$halflambert" is multiply defined in material "models/germans/ger_equipment_2"!
Error! Flag "$halflambert" is multiply defined in material "models/germans/ger_equipment_1"!

I am not familiar with modelling nor LUA, so these lines make no sense to me.
Any help?

True, but they contained playermodels, and as I said every other animation works fine except for that one.

I thought maybe re-compiling the model would fix it but I dunno.

Stuff like holstered uses special animations included with GMod. Something needs to be done to the models to make them work with those animations. I don't know exactly what because I haven't touched Source model compilation in years.

You could try Facepunch, as this is a general GMod problem that will also exist outside of TTT, and people there might know more details.

I figured. I tried to dig into the problem myself but good lord, modelling is not my strong side.
Thanks for the tip, I'll see about it.

Locking this thread yeahuh.
