31 slots is not for everyone (proven with many discussions with certain people i know)

I agree the stargate should be buried.

Something to improve upon perhaps? (the admins and the owners control over them)

Nrich, sounds like you're butthurt. Any one that's not an idiot should recognize how notoriously hard it is to administrate a TTT server seeing as damn near every complaint is circumstantial. I do agree with the 31 slot complaint though, it's way too many players and I have been campaigning our server owner to lower it to at least 26.

And Anonymous, it's funny you say that seeing as we have been a somewhat successful clan for going on 6 years.

The shear presence of an admin should deter any griefing. As an owner of a server, I have found it easy, maybe just get better :D. S2S

That only works if you're ban happy, and that does more harm than good.

In my experience you don't have to be ban happy at all, when i admined the 32 man server with ECG i found it fun and easy to manage the server but one crucial piece of kit is required. A microphone without such things getting across that you are in charge is difficult as your voice expresses emotion and well people can hear you where as they might miss some text down the bottom of the screen.

Anyone can sit there and type "LISTEN TO MEE!!!!" but that just doesn't cut it, get a mic, grow some balls and have clear definition on what is classified as breaking the rules you will do fine.

I will use a real world example which is the British police force (probably any police force but i favor my own) as any cop will tell you your most important weapon at your disposal is your own gob (mouth) use it.

Yeah mic's help, considering you can pick one up for like 10 dollars (5-7 Pounds or Euros or w.e. fag currency you use) at your local best-buy. I'm not ban happy but I make the rules very crystal fucking clear to minges/griefers.
