No. Say I am a traitor I pull a knife on you and you headshot me. I die and then I say you RDMd me. You say I had a knife out but you cannot prove it.

This is why admins don't take action unless they witnessed the violation.  It is a non-issue, and people that complained about it really annoyed me when I owned a server.

In the same mentality, how exactly would you prove that you had been RDM'd in the first place?
