It used to, I'm not sure if it is at the moment. It happened around the same time the ban command crashed the server, which seems to be fixed.

No, I just tested it out and didn't have a crash. Is it consistently happening for you or just sometimes?

Get the latest snapshot of sourcemod. Delete the gamedata and then upload the gamedata folder from the snapshot. It fixed the problem for my sever.

and yes it crashed so we've been stuck with slapping for 100 :S

i updated to 1.4.0 source mod and it works now. thanks for your suggestions.
