You should try stick to the original TTT gameplay more or less. ( I can't say Vanilla as i absolutely not using vanilla version either.)

People like different things. I think for example your server has an obscene amount of slots that stop TT being played correctly. But everyone has an opinion. Just run it how you want to run it, don't listen to people on the forum. 9/10 times most likely more, they wont visit the server.

Just to clarify what do you mean by slots? (And I only hold peoples opinions to better myself as a coder and the community I help run. All opinions are important but at the end you are right. It's how the community wants it that truely matters.)

Its actually only 20 slots. We got two servers with 20 slots each and with a shop containing hats, models, and more. And achievements. Nothing gameplay affecting.

Bipolar, to shut people up and expand you may want to purchase a Vanilla-ish server. I think that would produce a greater and more diverse community.

Thing is you'll get alot more mainstream players who just want the eye candy. So don't worry about getting a Vanilla server. Hardcore TTT fans like the orignal, mainstream players (Which there are more of) like eye candy. keep the new content coming main stream players will like it. As for the other 2 players if they don't like it they can go play on ECGamers TTT server.

I totally agree, however I think it would be good for nxs to have a vanilla for those hardcore fans.

Yeah, it isn't vanilla but in reality it is as vanilla as it comes. I define custom ttt as really overhauling things. Not just adding one weapon. It is vanilla because it doesn't have our custom weapons, icons, and stuff like that. I wouldn't play a vanilla without a one hit knife and a good amount of servers do similar things. I also feel the one hit knife fixes the gameplay. The two-hit knife is rather hard to use and for that in my experience isn't used. It will almost surely get you called out or killed. Mostly my feelings come from the fact I have been playing ttt with a one hit knife since the beginning. With that said, the knife isn't the only thing changed. There are some scripts in there but it is all for the gameplay value and to stop from "RDMRDMRDMRDM."

Not true.  Most of my TTT gameplay has been spent in vanilla knife servers, meaning either instakill or not depending on the release version.  I'm not going to argue with you about the merits of the current knife, as it has been done so many times before, but I personally hate stumbling into a "vanilla" server only to find that the only way it can be construed as "vanilla" is in its adherence to the general expectations, meaning modded knife among possibly other overdone things (large max player count, haste mode off, etc).  When I want to visit a vanilla server, I want it to be vanilla in the absolute sense, not the relative.
