Dont get DOS'ed in the first place by pretending to be boss. He was banned years ago on mine.

I'm thinking usually people are banned when they commit an offense.  Not sure how other servers work.  And by "pretending to be boss", I assume you mean banning him as your community and all these others did?  It looks like he just went down the server browser and started griefing the TTT servers; pretending to be "boss" had nothing to do with it, my good sir.  Way too many reports over such a small time span.  On mine, he was banned with no drama beforehand; he just started the DDoS afterwards.

Hm actually decided to check his steamid against our sourcebans and he was already banned fora  KAC violation (anti cheat now know as SMAC) lawl, tried to join a bunch of times since then too so you get a small list of his names.

regardless he was banned a while ago on ours for cheating, although odd seen as we have an auto VAC banner but then again maybe he was flagged by KAC before the VAC stuff.

I would have to say he meant just quitting and shutting down your server which is kind of stupid but does happen.

Its more than likely he plays using a VPN when playing. But why dont we list some IP's?

Difference of 6 days between your ban listed as "poop on my dick" and our ban on him with the sameip but the day before it was different so he changes it often im sure.

Point of interest why do you have a first ban on him for 1 day for hacking :/

But more likely it was a reason randomly selected when using !tltb.

By the way im currently searching log files to see when he first joined and under what IP. Long shot...

Alright, here's what you need to do. This guy connects to your server, DO NOT BAN HIM.

You get his IP, you call his service provider, tell them he's been DDOSing, and his internet service is shut off.

ive cotacted his provider.... its been 2 days and they still havnt written back yet/emailed me back. Im beginning to think they cant do anything do to lawyers or something.

You need to provide 100% solid proof. Images wont do. Copy and Pasted Text won't, You need evidence like a document that is official a log for example PROVING it was his IP DDoSing or HAcking
