I created these short music alerts to be played when the round starts, an innocents body is found, a traitors body is found and when the round ends.
I have no idea how easy it would be for a server operator to add them to a server to play as prompted but if you want to have a go feel free to do so, the 4 files are in a mp3 format inside of the zip.

Comments are welcome as I have no idea if this is a good idea or a bad one, I just felt like making the audio files.

Does it give you an error, if so what is it?

Odd, which zip program are you using, I packed them with 7zip that also seems to extract them for me.

WinRAR.
That might be the issue, you could try 7zip which is freeware and would probably work.

Confirmed to work with 7zip. Winrar was giving me problems, 7zip works though.

I asked about the inclusion of these into the general mod on the ttt thread as Ned informed me that it's easier that way for admins ect.

These sounds are too loud, too lengthy, and far too obtrusive. We don't need 3-4 second songs to inform everyone that a body was found and we don't need 5 second music clips to drown out all sound and communication every time a round begins or ends.
As far as being notifications go, these clips are terribly ineffectual as they all sound virtually the same. If I want an audio cue to tell me something, it should be quick, inconspicuous, and instantly identifiable. Check out Left 4 Dead's special infected audio tags to see this done right.

You know, I'm am sure that you have, but I don't think I can recall you ever saying that L4D actually did something right. I mean you play it, so it must have done enough, but to see it in writing is a little unique.
Get off my lawn you rotten kids!

Technically though if TTT had stock sounds similar to L4D a server admin could replace them though?
