Ok well, there is a bug that seems to crop up on my server now and then, normally if i have gone into spectator mode and back and I tend to afk for long periods.

Well anyway the bug is that I cannot type in game. My chat does not register as chat. However if i type a command in chat, it does work.

At first I thought it could be a sourcemod plugin called chat colours that was malfunctioning. I removed all files. Still bugged at times.

I upload all files in the cache.

I run ULX and sourcemod connecting to sourcebans.

My server is 195.90.98.22:27015

However this bug seems to go away when my computer is restarted. Same with some others, only 1 % of people become affected at present whilst afk'ing.

Any ideas? The server is being updated constantly (however is one update behind atm), however the bug has prevailed through all current updates.

I called it my nemesis.

If restarting your computer fixes it, what happens if you 1) just disconnect and rejoin, and 2) restart the game and rejoin?

Similarly, I have this weird timing out thing that happens to me, but instead of everything around me freezing I'm the only one unable to move. When I type stuff it doesn't register, neither does my mic. I don't think this is related to your problem though lol. xD Sorry, just trying to help, if it is. Since my chat doesn't register like what you said. It's annoying. (:

Nothing only a restart fixes the problemo. It is really quite odd tbh.

Yeah, I'm not sure I can help with that. As soon as you do as much as disconnect, all of TTT is unloaded, so any TTT issue can't persist over a disconnect, let alone a game restart. I've no idea what could cause this.

Hmm, I will take notes when another person comes down with the bug. See if I can find any links.

Add -condebug to your server commandline, then the next time it happens, check your console.log in the root of garrysmod/ and see if you get any errors.
