You... You can't use that name...

ANDY P IS THE AWESOME BRITISH GUY AROUND HERE. D:<

Denied. Andy P and I are equally awesome, for if our brains and playing power were to unite, The entire internet would explode leaving behind fragments of English accent and Crumpets.

(Yes we are awesome at TTT and moderately friends.)

fingerprints on knives

This is perfect. As long as it requires, as discussed in another thread, the Detective getting a certain fingerprint from that and he has to match it with other fingerprints. (Rather than instantly knowing who touched it.)

I stand by my opinion on making the draw time period 1-1.5 seconds longer, or a half-a-second interval from the player pressing M1 to a kill. It seems to me traitors would be very upset with good reason if the knife got a damage nerf, and the thing innocents truly hate about it is the fact that the traitor can pull it out and throw it across a room for an instant, silent kill in a freakishly fast time period. To me it feels like a slower draw time would force the traitors to require more finesse, encouraging stealth and gaining trust instead of the ever-prevalent situation where the traitor merely has to get in sight of a barricaded target and throw a knife at him in less than half a second. Many of those situations feel more intense when the traitor is armed with a silenced pistol, letting the said barricaded person to have a lot more fun in the sequence where he dies. As is, on servers with <6 people, the answer is obviously to pick a knife because it's unlikely you'd be able to get more than one or two silenced pistol kills.

I think Ajunk has had a few too many people stab him for being the biggest threat, almost every time I'm traitor and Ajunk is in the server (and isn't a traitor as well of course) then my teammates go straight for him. Probably with knives.

1200+ hours in Source SDK, and the Source engine is still a mystery.

I stab him in the face, when I'm traitor, he shoots me in the face with his Snipe10, and we both lol and our strange finesse.

It might be fair to increase the drawing time, but making it anything but one-hit-kill would make it completely useless.
