What admin mod is best for TTT?  I am using ASS_Mod but it seems alot of the plugins do not work.  (Could be my assmod install tho, its a custom version)

Most servers use ULX.

what is found is best is a combonation of ULX and sourcemod. Sourcemod is better for long term bans and permas, and ulx is for slaying, kicking, and overall fun stuff.

ULX + Sourcemod is great, but Sourcemod's ban list is serverside...

All depends on what sourcemod plugin you use.
Also how do you mean server side?
