Hmmm, ever considered adding ttt_district to that list? Also you might wanna add some css and hl2 deathmatch maps there, they tend to work pretty well and save players from downloading every map from the server.

I played on this server today and, I must say, it's pretty good. Stable, good ping, etc. Worth a shot when your usuals are full.
