Coroner
In one round, identify and confirm the death of 5 bodies
OR
Confirm the death of 100 people

Reverse Psychology
As a traitor, report in chat that an innocent is a traitor, and have him killed by another innocent within 30 seconds of the report

Dunno which would work better for the Coroner achievement

I would go with the one measured across rounds in this case. The achievements would come in addition to the end-of-round highlights, so they are better suited for more long-term objectives.

Knife an innocent that you have been with-in a 20 ft radius for 5 minutes in the back.

Sweating bullets
Disarm a C4 with less then 3 seconds left.

I'm on fire!
Kill the Traitor that just lit you on fire with the Flare gun.

The Cleaner
Burn every Innocent corpse that you killed that round.

Kill at least one Traitor every round for 5 rounds while getting no Innocent kills.
