Just a heads up, the server changed to siege but when it finishes downloading the map it gives a 'different version' error, even if you delete it and try to download again.

I have been experiencing the same problem on The Ice Cave.
I wonder why this is happening as the map name is normal.

Okay, well I rehosted the map- file was downloaded from a server, it should be the exact same thing but maybe rehosting will help. Updated the thread too. EDIT: Don't use this file! Check the thread http://rapidshare.com/files/333358760/ttt_siege_v1.bsp.html |

Yeah I've always liked Alters's server better then most of the other TTT servers :smile:

Yesterday on this server some players (Alters too I think) turned out not to have the 6th page of the tutorial about Karma. I deleted my copy of the file (garrysmod/help/ttt/quick6.txt) and tested on both a local DS and on the Ice Cave, in both cases it autodownloaded and the page worked in the menu.
Perhaps the file isn't on this server's fastdl yet?

I never thought of that, and that is likely the issue. I just assumed everything would be added to the cache folder, and have only ever uploaded that. I'll test that now and see how it goes.
