Oh yes there will be many player activated traps like valve that makes water rise killing anyone in the room. The killers will also be able destroy the generators seen in the pictures to cut down power in the facility. I like it but it looks a little small.

Yea Im not entirely sure about the submarine or the rafts. The submarine woud be impossiple to make not have water inside it without making a tunnel in the water brush. It reminds me of the fake episode 3 gameplay.

Might I suggest rounding the houses a bit and not making them perfect squares/rectangles?
Add windowsills, round corners, maybe make a building more L-shaped or add rooms that jut out a bit.
