Bug TTT No Gamemode

Ok so I didnt have this problem until today, I recently reinstalled ULX and ULiB for the server, made a sv_loadingurl for it, and was DDoSed last night. I dont know what happened but I'v tried everything to fix this problem i'v been having where in console im just spammed with these messeges:

GamemodeError(Tick): No Gamemode!
GamemodeError(DrawMonitors): No Gamemode!
GamemodeError(RenderScreenspaceEffects): No Gamemode!
GamemodeError(PostRenderVGUI): No Gamemode!
GamemodeError(Think): No Gamemode!
GamemodeError(Tick): No Gamemode!

it just adds those lines in order every milisecond so my console fills up in 2 seconds, plus it tells me upper right corner something like lua error or something in red. Im running the terrortown gamemode with ULX and ULib nothing else really, besides a spray tracker which never caused problems before, I deleted my cstrike mount and added the one directly out of counterstrike source shared content directly from valve, so that was remounted and no luck there, even used steam update that didnt work either. Im out of options, help plz.

The cache is not updated on your FastDL. Update it (like the materials, models and sounds).

oh i dont have anything in my fast dl other than maps, so i take what folders from the gmod server and add them to fast dl ? (not the cstrike ones ?)
