If you do it the correct way it might work, I know many people try this and it doesnt work out.
But honestly if your hoster wont answer your support ticketd theres probably gonna be a lot more issues in the future. Your much much better off getting a new host, that way you wouldnt have to deal with these problems or hopefully future ones.

What do you mean by 'correct way'?

If it's server side then CS:S is mounting it, but not using the files. I'm so confused.

Well I dont own a server and dont really know how they work but..

From what I understand uploading the css files to the server or placing them wherever is not the same as mounting/installing css on the server.

Im not really the one to ask, just kinda forget everything I said. :P

Copying the models and sounds and maps over to GMod didn't work.

I downloaded the GMod and CSS server files and it seems like all HLDUpdateTool does is just download the files and that's it. So I think I would have to edit some sort of config to get this working.

I finally got a reply back from my ticket and they are loading my content now. :D
