I tried putting them in the folder with the "thump" sounds and changing the name in the cl_init to match the new song names. (line 150-164).

How can I change the sounds correctly?

local function PlayMusic(wintype)
  if wintype == WIN_INNOCENT then
      BroadcastLua('surface.PlaySound("nnjg/detective.mp3")')
  else
      BroadcastLua('surface.PlaySound("nnjg/pwnedftw.mp3")')
  end
end
hook.Add("TTTEndRound", "MyMusic", PlayMusic)

Change to what you want, lua/autorun/server
