I only have Evolve added. Nothing else is required.

Obviously quick suggestion is just try without evolve and see if its causing the problem if it is you know you need to either update or change a cfg setting that is messing with the new gmod update.

In your updates that you run do you also update counter strike? last thing i can think about regarding why you are broken and not many other people aren't at least anymore.

I'm positive. Our server provider ran a dedicated source repair tool that checks every file to make sure it's updated.

Yup.

I'm using the same host. Same problems. The first repair fixed the model bug, but at the same time somehow broke connecting via FTP. They ran the repair again, FTP was working, and then... Well, still bugged.

I think they have permission issues when it comes to the source updater, because I checked the changelog.txt file on my server and it hasn't changed since last year. Hopefully a full wipe will help. :/

I doubt it.

Edit: Try restarting the server and doing a web sync.

I am not 100% sure if these files are even related but one is the bootstrap the other is the nosend. I think one of them is the 'whitelist' for the SE, if you try both of them I assume one of them should solve the problem.

Also keep in mind that multiple people have no issue, I have tried it on two servers (one on a dedicated box and the other on my local machine) and there was no issue. If you are both on the same host then that points to the more likely problem.

Well, currently it's only working on our default map... That doesn't even make sense.

It's because script enforcer doesn't work on the first map load after a server restart. I already found that out.

So it's still Script Enforcer... But why is it only affecting NFO?

Beats me. Want to consult NFO together on their support IRC?
