I have some custom icons for weapons and such on my server and they appear as purple boxes with black checkers. i linked the vmt and vtf files correctly in the LUA files and it doesn't want to work? any ideas

second thing when myself and others join my server it makes them download the 2 same vmt/vtf files .. anyways to fix that?

Means the vmt and vtf files aren't placed correctly on your fastdl server.
