Suggestion: Broadcasting last words.

I want to suggest a button that will broadcast a dead person's last words.

That way someone without a microphone, won't have to stay still in order to type "kill on sight X", and there are many times that people will question him, so that way he has to stay still again to explain that those where the last words of the dead guy.

It would work like the "Call the detective" button, but instead it will be visible only at the "last words" tab, and it will broadcast in chat something like: "Z broadcasts Y's last words: <last words>"

It won't be a direct chat message, but something unique that you can't fake.
