No Idea how to do it. My server is pretty much useless until I get this shit running. Any tutorials you could point me to?

Does your provider give you a free fastdl? If they do, you just connect to it with the info they give you and your ftp client then upload the correct files into their respective folders. They also give you a url which you need to use as your sv_downloadurl.

Agree with Cush, The folders you need in your fast DL are only (atleast it works for me): cache, maps, materials(for custom icons if you have them), sound(Custom sounds if you have them)
