I just checked it; it works for me.  Define "not working"--is it not downloading for you?

Edit: Are you using the up-to-date URL?  BKU just posted a new link (and the website reflected it when I tested):

So where it said "trunk" before, it now says "garrysmod". This will confuse your SVN client. Depending on how you use the SVN you may have to modify some things or do a new checkout.

Ask garry, not something I can do anything about.

I think they changed stuff at beanstalk where the SVN is hosted, so now everything has to be over https and authenticated.

So basically until this is updated i have no means of obtaining the latest version of TTT until something gets fixed...

Yes, but these days very few changes to TTT are being made, so you are not missing much. The only thing in there now is a C4 fix. Garry has been doing a lot of work on a new main menu thing so I'd expect a new gmod update soon with the latest TTT in it.

Well, will we ever beable to obtain a copy of TTT period? Will he ever give the password, or remove it so people can perhaps get the files?

TTT comes with gmod... so you can have every full release/ update of gmod you will get the latest TTT version.
