BUG: Round information not updating.

After completing a round of TTT on rp_Richland, the game continued to use the information at the end of the when the next round started (Detectives were still detectives, traitors were still traitors, I was still an innocent). While I've had this happen before, the reason I'm posting now is because the last time this happened I was a traitor without even knowing it. I ended up killing three other traitors because I had no indication that I was one of them (no floating T or red names, no text or voice chat, the scoreboard was still displaying last rounds information, and identifying bodies yielded no info). Is the UI glitching to this degree a common issue? Is there something I can do to prevent this in the future?

I have heard of players experiencing this before but not myself personally one admin had this happen to him and it persisted until he restarted gmod i believe, as it said he was traitor when he wasn't etc but so far this seems to be a client side issue that seems to randomly occur and not mentioned often.

Nothing i can think of causes this issue the map, the server nothing seems to be wrong so as its client side possibility i can only chalk it down to gmods failure.

This is not a common issue because it requires several things in Gmod/Source to break completely, which (luckily) is very rare. There's nothing you can do against it as player, and there's nothing I can do against it either.
