Basically, whenever I reload in my server, it's instant. When I try to drop a weapon or whatever it just floats in the air and this is the same thing that happens when I'm throwing a knife / discombobulator.
What is wrong? And how would I go about fixing it?

I believe this was a problem caused by not having css installed properly on the server. I know there have been several threads made about this in the past.

Thank you, I have contacted my server provider and have asked them to reinstall the CS:S content. Also, is this related to the instant reloading that occurs as well?

Yes When css is not Installed/Not installed right. it will Leave these weird errors.
