ok.... i really want to play this game, ever since my friend told me about it.

The problem is, i have no way of putting money on my computer(thats the one thing my dad banned when i got this laptop)
I have no money to buy the pre-games(counter strike, gmod) and this game cant run without them.

Any way to get around this, or do i abandon hope altogether.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you can make a PayPal account, then go to a bank and give them money, and tell them to transfer it to the PayPal account.

You have to buy gmod and CS:S to play this game. There is no way around that. To buy things on Steam you need a credit card, or paypal, or whatever (you can read all about it on the Steam site). There is no way around that either.

Hence, there is nothing to say here. There are no actual answers.
