My serv has got many annoying errors:

-Life of your target: It show the percent of damage instead of "Wounded", "Near Death", etc. Same for the corpses (it show nothing, like ragdolls).
-People can pass throught other people.

Some Assmod plugins will cause this, I suggest you get another admin mod. Or root out these plugins, and  maybe delete adv_duplicator, it's not even related / needed.

Thanks a lot for your advices, I deleted some assmod plugins and that errors are fixed.
