Every time I put custom models on my server the new models show up but they are covered in a pink checkerboard. How do I fix this?

Texture file isn't being used properly.

More of a Facepunch question though.

It means you don't include the materials and textures(.vtf and .vmt files).

So in the ResourceAddFile I dont add the vtfs and vmts?

He means didn't.
You have to make sure to add all vtfs and vmts.
