You know, you could avoid all this incompatibility by using lua sourcebans. It would speed your gmod server up too, since it's natively coded, unlike metamod/sm.

Take a look. I'm going to switch, had enough of updates breaking sourcemods snapshot.

It doesn't work, I've tried.
Too many bugs that occur, and phoenix, most people use sourcemod for rtv. Not for banning.

Ulx has a better rtv though. I'll take a look at sb lua, best to post the bugs to the creator.

Ulx does not have rtv, it has votemap. Most people are accustomed to rtv, though.

Well like I say, the server still runs v14 and it hasn't been updated at all which is why it still works with SM. And the problem is there's 12 servers that are linked to sourcebans, 10 of those being css servers but still the valve update broke SM even on there. So removing SM isn't really a possibility for me.

RTV == VoteMap.
Either way, fretta_voting 1.
Rtv is practically the same as Votemap. All you do is type !votemap ## for ulx, and on the rtv scripts I've seen it would be !nominate map_name.

Have you updated the gamedata for the newest gmod update? BTW most likely a sourcemod issue not metamod.

Well thank you all for the input on this the issue has been resolved seems the metamod.vdf file became corrupt on all the servers probably something to do with the update but a fresh file seems to have worked.
