ULX not working with TTT?

I just updated my TTT server to Version 15 and it seems to have broke (Or I think it was TTT) the ULX admin mod I've got installed.

I have the latest version installed so I dont see how updating it can fix it. Anyone else with ULX getting this?

What other addons do you have installed on your server?
Any lua scripts?
Any anti-cheats blocking hooks?

Don't have any LUA scripts and as for anti cheats I just use scriptenforcer.

I have ULX (3.50 SVN) on my local srcds copy and had no issues when testing. It's highly unlikely that TTT can affect an admin mod in general.

You could test by loading up sandbox and seeing if ULX works there.

I run ulx on my listen server for testing stuff with ttt as well. Doesn't seem to cause a problem for me.

hmm, I just tested it on my local server and it worked.

I re installed it and it's still not working, I'm guessing it's my server. Is there a CVAR I'm missing?

It would say in big red letters of doom at the top right corner it's not being downloaded.
(Also, about scriptenforcer, my game automatically freezes sv_scriptenforcer at 0 when I join. I don't recommend only using that as an anti-cheat.)
Polish, install the latest svn version of ulx and ulib. The download on the website is always outdated.
And if that doesn't work, go to your server.cfg file and add

sv_downloadurl ""
sv_allowdownload 1

Restart, then see if it works.
