A glitch that has turned up in TTT is that if you bind flash light to your mouse wheel you can rapidly turn your flash light on and off muffling your gun fire making every gun a silent weapon.

I think that's an engine glitch, I've seen it in ZM.

The flashlight halts the gun, its an engine thing. Small wav files like firing the gun and the flashlight can usually only be played one at a time. While other sounds like background music can play on their own.

Dangerous like a fire in a nursing home.

How about just make it so you have to wait a second to turn the flashlight on/off?

Gamemode.PlayerSwitchFlashlight

edit:
Fix for this exploit is in SVN, and should be in the upcoming gmod update later today.

What I've done is put in a limit of one flashlight toggle per 0.5 seconds, with some extra delay if you're trying to toggle every tenth of a second or more (which happens when you use the scrollwheel method).
