Well I played in one server, where the VIPs got pink names, and they could randomly roll, and get bonus HP, melon launchers, and I think traitor weapons.

We give donators some benefits, but not enough for them to twist a game so that its really easy for them.

The items are not based on ingame guns or items. You will be able to buy coloured names (3 diferent colours), donator status (undecided on what they will recieve) or Moderator status for a limited time (if you prove yourself a good mod, you keep it).

None donators can also get these points by playing, every game you play gives you points.

you should give like regular players like hats to wear or something :D but never make a system where people pay and they get extra things.

Can be done.

Hats are a worse addition to the game, there is a reason why BKU has made it so one model is present for all terrorists.

Hats can be a give away so its best only for one type. Doesn't mean you can't give the hats to regulars.
