i am missing the cvars from gmod update 98. can not use the new voice drain feature in ttt. can someone please help me fix this?

What version of TTT are you running on the server? (shown in the chat when a round starts or you can run ttt_version)

Are you setting the convars through the server's console or its server.cfg, rather than a player's gmod console? If you join the server and try to set the convars in your console, they will not work. They only exist on the server.
