Hello, I've been trying to get the darn AK47 image to work, but however i Do it , I always fail :/

Super lazy question, can somebody send me working Ak47 icon files, and where to place them please

Custom weapons are all terrible. I'm pretty sure everyone else is going to say the same.

did u add the resource line of code?

if not then add this to your shared.lua file for your addon.

if SERVER then
  resource.AddFile("materials/VGUI/ttt/gunname.vmt")
end


make sure u add the materials/ to the start of the path, not just VGUI/ttt/gunname.vmt

A good ak47 Icon I made.
Do what the other guy said and replace "gunname.vmt" with icon_ak47.vmt

Also near the top of the swep you should put    SWEP.Icon = "VGUI/ttt/icon_ak47"  or replace existing Swep.Icon with what I wrote
