So would there be a way to disable damage from flame nades from effecting karma, or is all damage taken in? There's very useful, and fun, but I realize people stand in flame nades on purpose so people lose karma lol. xD My solution; Don't throw them with idiots around you. >_x

Then you get Flame nade spammers/RDM'ers on maps like cluedo with perfect karma. It swings in roundabouts my friend.
Personally I think flame nades should be abolished and replaced with flashbangs. Fragmentation grenades should be available in batches of 3 via the traitor menu for one credit.
As innocent I have only ever twice used the incendiary nade to kill traitors so why keep them? They just perform a means of griefing.

BKU said flashbangs are a No because they pretty much leave innocents helpless to do anything. Toss it in a large group and you're got tons of free kills. This would probably have the undesirable effect of moving players out of groups and into camping spots (bad bad bad).
Anyways, incendiary grenades aren't used for killing so much as they're used for erecting short-term walls. If there's a traitor or mob of innocents chasing you, you can toss one down in a corridor to stop them. If there's a traitor knocking at your door, you can throw one to keep him out as you yell for help and tell everyone where you are. Or, as a traitor, you can set a C4 outside a camper's room and fire bomb their door so they cannot escape.
I don't know about frag grenades. The incendiary grenade already does some pretty decent damage off the top, and anything more is kind of a kick in the teeth to innocents because there's no real way to avoid it.

Incendiary grenades are fine and should stay as they are. On our server we hold a no random throwing of nades rule to prevent accidental RDM. Randomly throwing nades as you described is something you shouldn't do, nor does it add anything useful to the game by doing so.
On the topic of flashbangs, I'm glad they were never implemented. Noting I hate more then being blinded in a game and get killed, also there's the issue with flashbanged innocents going rampage and killing their fellow innocents due to being blinded.
I like the current set of nades, they each got their own particular use and they don't cause any annoyance.

My bad by flash band I meant stun grenade. With blurred vision and decreased run speed as an effect, not total blindness. Although your point is still valid.
The only problem with the temporary barriers when used with C4 is that it only lasts aprox 10 seconds? After planting with 45 seconds on the clock. The player will notice before 35 seconds that the bomb is there. Then after a further 10 seconds waiting for the fire to burn out. There is still 25 seconds to either kill the traitor if outside the room, or make an escape.

Innocents generally don't have a reason to throw grenades unless it's a very very specific situation (like a 100% certain traitor chasing you or sitting in a room somewhere).
I don't want frag grenades because they could be used as de facto suicide bombs or for other cheap kill methods.

Thats why you stand on the other side of the barrier and shoot anyone that runs out. They are in panic and try to flee + their screen has a red overlay so they can't see as good. Shouldn't be that hard to pop em when they are running in the fire.

They are not useless, simply do not throw a nade unless you have to. In all my time playing TTT, I've never had a single person jump in an incendiary nade from someone else on purpose.

No, there isn't a way to turn it off (to my knowledge) and no it shouldn't be implemented (in my opinion).
Also, these posts are "useless" in the same way that a sandwich given to a man begging for money is "useless".
