Well my group recently started up a new TTT server, since one of our admins donated his Gmod server to us. However, I've slowly become more and more frustrated with the lack of support for admins that this gamemode provides. Namely, when you're dead or spectator and some douche is being a jerk and is alive, there's no way to properly administrate--I mean, the only way you really can do anything to talk to them is through console.
I was wondering if it was possible to create a binding that will allow admins/superadmins to be able to use their mics in alltalk, so that they can talk with people who are alive, even if they're dead or in spectator. Also, it'd be nice if there was a way to do admin chat, which would follow the same principle, but my priority is being able to use microphones.

I want to know who was the first person to rub barrels, must of been an epic moment like discovering fire or your sisters vibrator.

I could add a simple command that allows an admin to toggle whether everyone can hear him or not. So you'd press the key and from that point all your normal voicechat is heard by everyone until you press it again. It wouldn't be as integrated as traitorchat, but it would work.

I suppose that could work, but ideally it would work a bit like Traitortalk where only people with admin flags would be able to access it.

Ideally, I would have time on features of that scope, but it is not to be.

I'm not trying to be a burden, Urgrain, just trying to be helpful. I appreciate that you've taken the time to actually give my suggestion some thought and consideration :P . Anything you're able to implement would be fine.

You might want to try the following sourcemod plugin:

Unfortunately, we don't use Sourcemod, we use Assmod, although I foresee a change to Ulx in the near future. Regardless, it'd be awesome if someone could write up a piece of lua to accomplish this.
