Is it possible to have CSS textures and not buy the game? But not just the textures. Player skins and weapon models as well.
Could there be such a thing?

It is possible, just get a friend to upload them to a website you can download them from. I'm sure Worbat had a pack with all these things too. Also, I'm fairly certain there are multiple packs on Garrysmod.org that allow you to do such things. Or if you have the names of the models and materials, you can probably download custom ones from FPSbanana, and place them into your gmod folder.

Content pack 6.... I'm pretty sure I removed the packs for a reason.

Ill leave these dots here for 48 hours but then Im removing them...
