I run a server at 89.145.94.125:29000.

It uses the latest version of TTT.
However, ever since i added a sv_downloadurl, people new to the gamemode have not been able to play and see default HUD?
Any reasons for this?

People aren't getting the script files, because they don't exist on the sv_downloadurl server. Your server's /cache/ directory needs to be uploaded to that server just like the maps.
