Not that I know of. I would just recommend you treat all prop damage/kills as you would normal damage/kills in terms of administration. I personally hate it when people rub barrels in my face and are shocked when I kill them after they damage me. When people screw around, ti's natural that they should face the consequences regardless of intentions.

yea thats what i do. but when you have r-tards *points to posts about his* who show/talk about prop killing then it gets out of hand and annoying.

So propkilling is in the same measure of topic as The Specialist RP.
I know theirs an anti-prop damage command, but I can't remember the name of it... I'll get back to you when I find it.
