Hey look, I have CSS, and I need to move it to MY other account just for ttt.
So, do I either copy the GCF/game files from
steamapps/account1/counter-strike source/
into
steamapps/account2/counter-strike source
(i.e. just create a folder)
Or do I need to put them in garrysmod somewhere?

I'm pretty sure it's the first one... I think a google search will turn up something, hold on.

I clicked on that link, but quickly closed the tab before it loaded upon realizing that the file name was whalecock.jpg.

Conversely, I think it's the second one. The first one shouldn't work because TTT checks to see if the CS:S Game Cache Files are loaded into GMod. They can't be loaded because that account doesn't own it.
If you copy the necessary content into garrysmod the game should see it and work as normal.

^.
You will need to download something like GCFScape and extract each entire CSS GCF from your steamapps directory into your garrysmod/garrysmod/ folder, allowing all files/folders to go into their respective places (Models go into /models, materials go into /materials etc)
I'm pretty sure CSS only has one GCF you'd need which contains all of the maps/materials/models that you'd need.
Like so:
Just extract everything into garrysmod/garrysmod and let it overwrite if it needs to.

Extracting everything is a very bad idea, the CS:S bin directory will most likely break your GMod.

Thank you guys. Just curious, what does that GFC file do? It's a container of sorts for the game files?
This confuses me, as the files (from that screenshot) seem to be the same files as you would find in
counter-strike source/cstrike
But I dont know. Ill try this, thanks.

And there are two GCF's, css shared and css client. Im going with client.

You'd want shared, not client - client is, well, the client files alone. Shared is, well, everything that would be needed for either a client or a server - that is to say, all maps/models/materials.
