Ok, this might be impossible to do, but i might as well ask anyway.

Say a map has weapons built into it. is there a way to remove those weapons and make it use a script for the weapons(A.K.A an arming script, or using the tool ingame)

Rearm scripts always override whatever is defined in the map. If the game can find a rearm script, it will remove all the weapons from the map and spawn the ones from the script.
