Breaking stuff is going to cause too many problems.
Pressing buttons or opening doors... maybe. What about existing maps where a button is in a certain spot as a balance measure? That's an open question, I'm not entirely sure there are cases like this (lost temple perhaps), but you people probably know the maps more intimately than I do.
