Sorry, but I'm not an "awesome TTT server owner" but this is what I would do for those slots.

Are you running Sourcemod for your server? If not, you will have to install Sourcemod and Meta-Mod in order for this to work. Google them.

http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=541827

This is a plugin for Sourcemod. I have not used it before, I used its predecessor, that is now obsolete.

You will have to install this plugin under directory/orangebox/garrysmod/addons/Sourcemod/plugins/
The .smx plugin file you'll be adding there is below the CVars on the above page.

The CVars for the plugin are well explained on the page, add those to your server.cfg under directory/orangebox/garrysmod/cfg

But, to get a little specific, your two specific slots will be the CVar "sm_hreserved_slots_amount" "2"

You can choose whether or not to have your slots visible by the CVar sv_visiblemaxplayers "x" x being the number of visible player slots, and the above Cvar bringing the total to 32 slots, where two slots do not kick players, they simple exist for reserved use. However, this means your server may say "18/16 players" on the server list.

The people who use reserved slots will be the people specified by your admin file, which unfortunately I am not very familiar with. It appears to me that the plugin reads your admin file to determine who gets the slots.

Hopefully this makes sense. I'm definitely not a pro.

Sly.

or alternatively, use ULX, and check in its readme, and server.ini where you can set the reserve slots and a few options about them.

Use ULX, it is more compatible with Gmod.

EDIT: Just realised your the guy who tried to flame me on facepunch for saying you were wrong. lolololol.

But yeah use ULX.
