After playing TTT a couple times, I decided to host my own server, using SRCDS.

The only add-ons on my server are:

UXL
ULIB
TTT

The terrortown gamemode is enabled, and works fine for me when I join the server. Although, once my friends come, they only see base gamemode and no HUD or weapons. I'm not sure if this applies for all clients or not, because I've only had 3 people tell me if it works or not. One of the supposedly said it works, but the other two said it didn't. They couldn't even see the votes I initiated with ULX (except for that one guy), so I'm not sure if this is a problem on my side, or theirs.

My download related settings in server.cfg:

sv_downloadurl "http://www.mrcookie.sithous.com/garrysmod/"
sv_allowupload 0
sv_allowdownload 1

All my files, I believe, are up to date.

No physics

None of the items have physics on them. When I try to throw a knife, it just stays still. Throw away a weapon, stays still. All the items, dropped, or thrown, will stay at where you dropped or threw them. Doesn't matter if it's in the air or ground. Hitting it won't do anything either.

The easiest way would be to delete your cache folder on your client, create a listen server for TTT with no addons besides ULX and ULIB, then copy the (newly-generated) cache folder over to your dedicated server.

Thanks for the help, but I think I fixed it. I forgot to add the cache to my webspace :P

Well, after fixing that, I got another problem:

No physics (see OP for more info)

The "no physics" thing happens when the server does not have CS:S mounted properly.

Note that there's a section in TTT's readme.txt about stuff relating to srcds setup.

Like Mr Urgrain said you need to mount CS:S. You can do this by running the same command you used to install gmod substituting -game "garrysmod" with -game "Counter-Strike Source" install it to the same file directory you did for gmod.

Now move the cstrike folder down a directory into the orangebox directory with gmod in.

You now have CS:S mounted.

Also install evolve, its sex.

hm, I've always thought that I had CS:S mounted already, seeing as there was a Counter-Strike folder in add-ons folder and  I used:

http://wiki.garrysmod.com/?title=Windows_Dedicated_Server_Setup#Batch_file_installer

Oh well, guess not. Thanks for the info guys.

So all I have to do is install cstrike into the orangebox folder?
