Hello, I installed new terrortown v25 svn from the subversion repository. And found that terrortown does not properly handle language files

When I saw the log, it said that it loaded the language file properly.
But when I joined the game I couldnt find the language that I have added.
Replacing the chef.lua with my language file worked. But when I rename it into something other than chef.lua it doesnt load.

Works fine for me when running srcds with the gmod SVN build. I have a bunch of languages installed for testing, and they all show up and work (both with and without scriptenforcer enabled).

Hmm... It worked fine for v22.. but not the svn one. weird, I'll try some other language files.

I found what is wrong. Terrortown does not load language files if the main directory name is not terrortown.
