How would i make a search box appear within the Search menu, Like Armor, appear for a custom item i have created?

In cl_search.lua, look at how body armor is handled. Start in ReceiveRagdollSearch. You'll note how a table called "search" is constructed there using the info received from the server when searching a body. This table is processed into displayable data (text, icon) in the PreprocSearch function.

It is not trivial code, as a whole pile of data is turned into a different pile of data.
