Ok, I'm getting fed up.

I did the not so well written tutorial EXACTLY as Bad king said, But I still end up with pink and black squares.

In game:


Heres the files I use.

uh.. Double post much. :P Anyway. Firstly its WAY to commented, you don't need to comment every line. I can't see anything wrong. All I can suggest is you r putting it in the wrong location?

Did you use VTFEdit to create the VTF?

Everything (VMT, VTF, script) seems correct. Where are you placing the VMT and VTF on the server?

I have the VTF and VMT both in...

gamemodes/terrortown/content/materials/vgui/ttt/

Put it in /garrysmod/materials/VGUI/ttt/ instead.

If you're using fastdl/sv_downloadurl, make sure the files are on there as well, in that location.
