Hey.  I'm a mapper for TTT, I've created ttt_digdown_b1, ttt_shippingcenter_b1, and ttt_concentration_b1 as well as a fix for concentration.

Basically I released my concentration map which was a pretty big hit a few days ago, but there were some FPS problems with lower end GPUs.

So I optimized the map better in some areas, fixing the issue.  But I also set the player model for the new version to a citizen from Half Life 2.

The reason I did this is because the map is placed in a nazi concentration camp, and a citizen fit the mood.  Problem is, the animations are broken!  I released the map too!

People are running around in a T-Pose.  Can you update TTT and fix this?  I know other models work I just didn't know citizen ones were broken.  I really don't want to release another fix because that will be really stupid.

~~~
Here's the map if you want to see:  http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=107604
No, I can't update TTT to fix this. Luckily, you can update your map to fix this.
The animations aren't working because you're not using a proper player model. Just using a NPC model will not work. You need to use the player version of the citizen model included with garrysmod. For example, if I wanted to use male_07 as playermodel, the model path would be:
  /models/player/Group03/male_07.mdl
As opposed to this, which would result in broken animations:
  /models/Humans/Group03/male_07.mdl
You need to make sure you actually set the player model to one used for such things and has the proper animations. The one you selected was probably just a ragdoll model and not one used for NPC's or players. Look in a folder that actually specifies it's contents as being models for players/NPC's. You can tell if it will function properly in game if you see a ton of different listings under "sequences" and "animations" with the model selected in the model browser.
This is not a bug with TTT, you just didn't set a valid playermodel.
Gah, preposted.
1200+ hours in Source SDK, and the Source engine is still a mystery.
Guess it's time to release a B2, people are going to be annoyed a bit I think.  Stupid mistake on my part lol.
